Provides consulting services to the United States Army and Department of Defense on behalf of Apple Inc., in the following areas: Apple best practices; Apple technology evaluations, implementations and insertions; OS security hardening; test procedures; data migration; enterprise deployment and management; documentation; formal and informal training for Software Baseline Configuration Program personnel and Tier II level Network Enterprise Center (NEC) customers. Currently supporting the Army Golden Master team during the planning, design, development, stabilization and deployment phases of their secured Army-centric OS X image. Aided in creating and implementing standardized Mac OS X images into the Army environment. Aided in defining a baseline configuration standard of the hardware platform dependent Operating System to manage a desired operation, capability, and functionality, and to ensure system stability. Applied OS specific hot fixes and security vulnerability patches to baseline operating systems to remedy any identified bugs within the system and to thwart off the threat of security vulnerability before it is connected to the Army network. Responsible for scoping releases of new applications, application updates, synchronizing development and release cycles, and coordinating releases with other members of the Army Golden Master (AGM) team. Performed prompt and accurate problem testing, diagnosis and resolution. Responsible for all internal and external AGM OS X specific documentation. Responsible for creating Army Golden Master Program logo. Provided project updates, schedule deadlines, and proactively worked to solve technical problems with Army customers.

Demonstrated communication skills and analytical depth in supporting 250,000 customers and supporting 50,000 customer service requests. Gathered and documented requirements, provide project updates, meet schedule deadlines, and proactively work to solve technical problems. Responsible for writing technical specifications, scoping releases of new applications, managing development and release cycles, and coordinating releases with other internal divisions. Provided technical support to the C-TNOSC in the area of web application development and software reconfiguration, as directed; managed and implemented changes to configuration baselines, based on established technology refresh requirements. Developed and maintained web portals and public web sites on classified and unclassified LANs. Ensured that Web sites were web accessible (Section 508 compliant) and compliant with W3C specifications and recommendations. Employed software code and web application processes to reengineer web portals. Created complex web graphics for a more streamlined look of Web Portals. Assisted in migrating Web Portals from SharePoint Portal Server Software to Oracle 10g. Worked with the C-TNOSC to ensure that releases of new software were pushed only to trusted agents who were authorized access to C-TNOSC-managed Enterprise applications. Played a proactive role in problem resolution by participating with C-TNOSC personnel to manage problems reported in the Action Request System. Identified and evaluated new and emerging technologies, feature sets, applications, updates, and capabilities to enhance the C-TNOSC Portal; wrote Army-unique implementation guidance and procedure documentation about these applications to be used as a reference for C-TNOSC Portal users and for potential releases of new versions of web application software. Developed and presented briefings on complex technical topics to government lead and other task team members.

Updated and maintained Oracle Web Portals and Public websites on both classified and unclassified LANs; created complex web graphics for the all C-TNOSC websites. Used SharePoint Portal Server software to maintain seamless websites that are well organized. Served as the point of contact for problems and questions pertaining to all C-TNOSC Portals and websites.
